Terms of use
These terms govern access to and use of the Sage Orchestrator digital bundle.
Effective 18 July 2026
Who provides what
Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Stripe controls checkout, payment collection, tax, transaction receipts, transaction support, refunds and disputes. Local Sites Group supplies Sage Orchestrator and provides product-level support at support@aiskillspack.com.
Digital delivery
After Stripe confirms payment, the purchase email address receives a private access link. That link provides the current eligible release as a ZIP file and may be used again while the entitlement remains active. Keep the link private and contact support if delivery fails.
Where consumer law requires it, Stripe Managed Payments applies the relevant checkout disclosures, acknowledgements and cooling-off rules. Requesting immediate digital delivery may affect a statutory cancellation right once supply begins, as explained during checkout.
Licence
Each standard purchase grants one individual user a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install, use and adapt Sage for their own work. A business may purchase on behalf of a user, but every person using Sage needs a separately purchased licence unless Local Sites Group has issued a separate team licence. Content you add to the supplied profile, memory or vault templates remains yours.
Team licences are arranged directly with Local Sites Group. A team licence may permit internal redistribution inside the purchasing organisation, but only to the agreed team, business unit and maximum number of users recorded at purchase. If usage grows beyond that agreed number, contact support for team licensing before sharing Sage more widely.
You must not:
- Redistribute, resell or publicly post the bundle or its files, except for internal sharing expressly permitted by a team licence.
- Share the private access link or installed files with more users, teams, departments or organisations than your licence permits.
- Remove the included licence notice from redistributed backups.
- Use Sage or its instructions to violate law, third-party rights or an AI provider's terms.
Updates and compatibility
The current purchase includes access to eligible Sage updates while Local Sites Group maintains the product and the entitlement remains active. AI tools change independently, so uninterrupted compatibility with every model, client or operating system is not guaranteed. Material installation issues should be reported to support.
Responsible use
Sage supplies structured instructions, not professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output, protecting confidential information and deciding whether to act on a recommendation.
Installation and deployment responsibility
You control whether and how Sage is installed, configured, modified or deployed. Before allowing an AI agent to change your system, you are responsible for reviewing the proposed actions, maintaining current backups, protecting credentials and confidential data, checking file and tool permissions, understanding third-party terms and costs, testing the result, and approving any destructive or irreversible step.
Local Sites Group does not operate or administer your device, AI account, codebase, infrastructure or deployment environment and is not responsible for loss caused by deployment choices, unreviewed AI actions, incompatible third-party changes, or failure to maintain suitable backups and security controls. This allocation does not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, Local Sites Group is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party AI services, or decisions made without appropriate human review.
Changes and law
The terms in force when you purchase govern that transaction. Updated terms may apply to future purchases or materially new services. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply where they live.
