Refunds and cancellations
Stripe Managed Payments handles the transaction; Local Sites Group handles product and delivery issues.

Requesting help
First contact support@aiskillspack.com if the download email is missing, the access link fails, the ZIP is incomplete or the product is materially different from its description. Include the purchase email and date, but never send card details or the private access token.
Transaction refunds
Stripe Managed Payments is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds through the original payment method. You can also use the order-support link in Stripe or Link transaction emails. Timing after approval depends on the payment method and issuing bank.
Digital-content cancellation
Digital content is supplied immediately after payment confirmation. Depending on your location, requesting immediate supply and beginning the download may end a statutory cooling-off right. Stripe applies the consumer-protection requirements and checkout disclosures relevant to the transaction. This does not remove rights for content that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care.
Effect of a full refund
A successful full refund revokes the Sage entitlement and its private download capability. Partial refunds do not automatically revoke access unless the agreed resolution says otherwise. Open payment disputes may suspend access while Stripe reviews the transaction.

This page does not replace mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
