Who handles your data

Local Sites Group operates this website and the Sage Orchestrator delivery service. Contact support@aiskillspack.com with privacy questions or requests.

Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, payment details, transaction receipts, tax, fraud, transaction support and disputes under Stripe's own privacy terms. Local Sites Group never receives your full card details.

Data we use

• The purchase email address supplied through Stripe, stored in encrypted form for delivery and recovery.
• Stripe transaction references, purchase amount, currency and entitlement status.
• Product version, issued download requests and recovery activity.
• Security and reliability records needed to prevent abuse, investigate failures and retry delivery.

Why we use it

We use purchase data to perform the digital-content contract by issuing access, supporting re-downloads and delivering eligible updates. We use limited operational records for our legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing fraud and diagnosing delivery failures. We may retain records where necessary to meet legal obligations or establish and defend legal claims.

Service providers and international transfers

Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, security and abuse protection. Resend delivers transactional access and recovery emails. Stripe provides Managed Payments. These providers may process data outside the United Kingdom using their published safeguards and contractual transfer mechanisms.

Retention

Purchase and entitlement data is retained while download and update access remains available, then only as long as reasonably required for contractual, security and legal-claims purposes, normally no longer than six years. Short-lived recovery credentials expire after use or after 15 minutes. Provider logs and transaction records follow the providers' published retention schedules.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Cookies and marketing

The public Sage pages do not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare Access uses essential authentication cookies for the private administrator area, and Stripe uses its own essential checkout technologies. Purchase emails are transactional. We do not add buyers to a marketing list without separate consent.
